The model provides for a dedicated Executive Solutions Manager and a team of Consultants and Researchers to take full responsibility for a recruitment programme on a medium to long-term basis. We integrate seamlessly into our Client’s Human Resources organization reporting to either the HR Director or an assigned Client Manager. We start by understanding the unique culture of your business, your manpower plan, engaging with the business to prioritise activities and setting Service Level Agreements. We take responsibility from instruction through to mobilisation reporting all key activities on a weekly, monthly and / or quarterly basis.
